Love this store. Always have fun styles and good quality statement pieces. Staff are friendly and willing to help with finding items not in store so they can order things for you - one full-time staff member helped my friend find a 'they pin' by calling stores until she found one in SA and we're grateful for the dedication.

As Goth as the place is, the salespeople are the nicest people I've ever met. They are so sweet and nice in spite of all the edgy stuff Dangerfield sells. Casey was extremely good to me and helped me pick out a perfect outfit! Casey assisted me with all my needs - recommended clothes, showed me the range and accessorized my outfit with beautiful jewelry. Although my person style isn't goth, I will be returning to this junction just for the staff and the collection they had. Thanks to Casey once again to be the most amazing being in this world and help me with absolute patience while guiding me into the world of goth ahah!

The customer service here goes above and beyond - if I could give 6 stars, I would! I stumbled across this Dangerfield on a Thursday late night shopping spree, and I was quite nervous to walk in because I don't shop for clothes in-person often. However, the moment I entered the store, I didn't feel agitated whatsoever. Beth and Cas provided such exceptional service with quality advice and funny stories. You could tell that they genuinely value connection with customers, which I find incredibly admirable and heartwarming. On another note, the changeroom experience is one I will never forget! So many laughs and squeals were shared over mutual opinions. Overall, I would highly recommend for anyone who's into gothic/alt clothing to come to this Dangerfield. 5/5 - DEFINITELY coming here again 🥹🫶🏼

Princess highway clothing has changed it's sizing over the last few years so items I purchased online didn't fit. Staff at this store are friendly and helpful but they didn't have items I wanted in stock because it's a smaller store. The sales assistant rang another store and had the items I wanted put aside. Overall it was a positive experience in-store but I won't purchase online again. The sizing is all over the place and once you receive your order you only have 14 days to return items.
